CHILDREN & FAMILIES

Children of all ages are very welcome at St Peter's. There are a number of different groups and activities for children and young people which take place during our 10am Sunday service and throughout the week.

St Peter's has a fulltime Children & Families Worker who runs many of these activities and supports families in the Church. You can find out more about Helen and get in touch with her here.

See below for details about what's on.

Tots at St Peter's Brackley

Sundays at 10am

Tots

Tots takes place during our 10am service. 0-4s can enjoy songs, toys and simple activities. We are all together in Church for the first 10 minutes or so, then the little ones go through to the Church Hall (with a parents/carer) for Tots. They come back into Church for Communion and stay in for the short remainder of the service

Junior Church at St Peter's Brackley

During our 10am service there is a group for primary school-aged children (roughly 5s-11s) for fun, age-appropriate, interactive Bible teaching. We are all together in Church for the first 10 minutes or so, then the children go through to the Church Hall for Junior Church. They come back into Church for Communion.

School Assemblies & Visits

Rich (St Peter's Vicar) and Helen (Children & Families Worker) are regularly invited by the various Brackley primary schools to take assemblies and lead RE lessons. Schools also come down to the Church to learn more about what goes on and for the occasional service. Brackley Junior School is a Church of England school and has particularly close ties with St Peter's.
